The Mernik farm has a long tradition passing from generation to generation. In the vernacular, our farm is called the Ramšak farm. You can find it on the very last edges of the Pohorje mountain range under the Padeški vrh peak. Hidden in a grass hollow it has resisted icy Pohorje winds for long decades and uprightly welcomes every new spring. The Pohorje forest around our farm is very special – it is dark, rich and aromatic. Many wild animals live there and you can pick up many forest fruits. And the air you breathe here – pure health!

The farm is situated in Padeški vrh, half way between Zreče and Rogla. In 1994, we opened our farm to visitors, i. e. we became a tourist farm, and in 1999 we obtained a certificate for organic farming.

There are 5 rooms with altogether 15 beds and a kitchen where we spoil our guest with old traditional meals made from organic products.
